Welcome to ChatGive!
The first time you log in to your ChatGive account, you will see a seven step Set Up process. After you have completed the Set Up, this page will disappear. None of these steps can be skipped so please be sure to fill out every text field.
Step 1: General Info. Here you'll fill out all of the legal entity information on your Organization.
*Reminder: Be mindful of the Text To Give toggle at the bottom of this section.
Click on Continue to move to Step 2.
Step 2: Legal Info In this section, you'll fill out all legal information on yourself as the Business Owner.
Click Continue to move to Step 3.
Step 3: Bank Account Fill out all of your banking information. After it has been sent, you'll see a message that says "Bank account information was already sent."
Click Continue to move to Step 4.
Step 4: Terms and Conditions In this section, click on Open Document, then accept the Terms and Conditions after reading through them. Once you have done so, you'll see a message that says Terms and Conditions accepted.
Click Continue to move to Step 5.
Step 5: Customize Widget Here you can start the process of customizing your Widget! After you have done the initial customization, you will be able to go into Set Up and Install to complete customization. See this article for more in depth training on doing so: Set Up and Customize Your Widget
Click Continue to move to Step 6.
Step 6: Status In this section, you will see the Status of your banking review for our processor. Once you are Validated, you can immediately start processing donations.
Click Continue to move to Step 7.
Step 7: Installation In this section, you will find the multiple ways to install the widget into your platform. You'll enter the domain in which the widget will be installed, copy and paste the widget code, trigger button, and embedded chat form.
